1 ½ parts BACARDI Superior or Gold Rum
12 fresh spearmint leaves
7 parts club soda
2 tsp simple syrup (or 4 tsp sugar)
Crush mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add BACARDI Rum and club soda, stir well. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Make a pitcher of BACARDI Mojitos for 6 of your friends by crushing 8 sprigs of fresh spearmint leaves and 3 limes in the bottom of a pitcher. Cover with 12 oz simple syrup or ½ cup sugar and fill with ice. Add 9 oz BACARDI Rum and ½ liter club soda, stir well.
