Dry vermouth as desired

Mix with a generous amount of ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.

1 part raspberry liqueur

Mix together in a shaker with ice and strain into a shot glass.

BLUSHING DUCHESS

2 parts GREY GOOSE Vodka
1 part triple sec
½ tsp sugar
3 wedges peeled and seeded grapefruit
Turbinado sugar (natural, large-crystal raw sugar)

Moisten the outside edge of a rocks glass with a grapefruit wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in the Turbinado sugar. Place the sugar and grapefruit in the bottom of a shaker, muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka, triple sec and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour drink, including ice and grapefruit, into rimmed glass.

Dash of Grenadine
1/2 Fresh Red Chili

Crush red chili in the base of a shaker. Pour in remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a red chili slice.
CAIPIROSKA

1 part GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 small lime (cut into eights)
1 part simple syrup or 1 tsp sugar

Place lime and syrup in the bottom of a shaker and muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE Le Citron and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and pour, ice and all, into a rocks glass. Top off with a splash of seltzer and additional ice, if necessary.

CARAVELLA LEMON BELLINI

Mix 3 oz peach nectar with 3 oz champagne and a dash of Caravella Limoncello.

2 oz AGUA LUCA

2 whole strawberries

3 wedges of pineapple

3/4 oz. Rock Candy Syrup

1 oz fresh lime juice

Remove stem from strawberries and slice, cut up pineapple wedges ensuring no rind or core is in the chunks. Place all fruit into a mixing glass. Muddle fruit until well pulverized, add all remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with a strawberry on the rim.

ELECTRIC LEMONADE

Delightfully dangerous - a summertime classic with a twist that's for adults only.

2 cups of sugar
1 large mint sprig, finely chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
2 cups of water
8 ounces lemon-flavored vodka
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Splash of sparkling water
1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon zest for garnish

Mix the sugar and water in a small pot and boil for 3 minutes to make a simple syrup. Let cool.

In medium bowl, stir together 1 cup syrup, (leftover syrup can be refrigerated indefinitely) the lemon juice and the chopped mint. Pour mixture into ice cube tray and freeze for one hour.

In a blender, blend together frozen cubes, sparkling water, chopped mint and vodka.

Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon zest.

1 1/2  parts BACARDI ® Big Apple

1/2 part triple sec

2 parts cranberry

 

Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

ENCHANTED APPLE MARTINI

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE Vodka
1 part apple cider
½ part maple syrup
cinnamon sugar
wedge of lemon
lemon twist or dried apple chip

Moisten the outside edge of a martini glass with a lemon wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in cinnamon sugar. Squeeze the leftover lemon wedge into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and drop in wedge. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka, apple cider and maple syrup. Shake vigorously. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Present with a twist or dried apple chip.
BACARDI + COKE
1 part BACARDI Superior or Gold Rum
4 parts Coke

Pour over ice in tall glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

Make a pitcher of BACARDI and COKE for 8 to 10 of  your friends by filling a large pitcher halfway full with ice cubes and adding 12 parts BACARDI Rum and 2 liters of COKE.
FALL CLASSIC

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE La Poire Flavored Vodka
½ part Licor 43
(crème de banana or triple sec may be substituted)
½ part simple syrup

4 parts Bavarian Hefeweizen (dark ale may be substituted)

Add first six ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a pilsner glass filled with ice, top with Bavarian Hefeweizen and present with a pear slice.

1 part BACARDI 151 Rum
1 part BACARDI COCO
1 part coffee liqueur
1 part ROSE’S lime juice

Shake with ice and pour into tall stemmed glass. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.


FRENCH KISS

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE L’Orange Flavored Vodka
1 ½ parts white crème de cacao
cocoa powder
wedge of lemon or orange
orange twist

Moisten the outside edge of a martini glass with a lemon or orange wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in cocoa. Add GREY GOOSE L’Orange and crème de cacao to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir briskly. Strain into a cocktail glass and drop in orange twist.

Pour first four ingredients in order listed into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Present with a lime wedge.

½ part triple sec

2 parts white cranberry juice

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.

GREY GOOSE GRASSHOPPER

1 part GREY GOOSE Vodka
½ tsp sugar
6 sprigs of fresh mint
1 part white crème de cacao
1 part heavy cream

Place four mint sprigs and sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle gently. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka and crème de cacao and again muddle gently. Add ice and heavy cream and shake vigorously. Pour drink, including ice, into a rocks glass. Present with remaining fresh mint sprigs.

Bacardi Blue Razzberry Martini
3 parts Bacardi® Razz

1 part Blue Curacao

1 part Rose’s Lime Juice

1 part cranberry juice

 

Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

INDIAN SUMMER

Individual cocktail:
1 part GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 part plum wine
1 orange wedge
3 parts red or white grape juice
seltzer
grapes

Squeeze the orange wedge into a rocks glass filled with ice, and drop the wedge into the glass. Add GREY GOOSE Le Citron, plum wine and grape juice. Stir well. Top off with seltzer and present with grapes.

PITCHER RECIPE:

16 ounces GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
8 ounces plum wine
8 wedges of orange
24 ounces red or white grape juice
seltzer
grapes

In each rocks glass filled with ice, squeeze one orange wedge and drop into the glass. In a large pitcher filled with ice, add GREY GOOSE Le Citron, plum wine and grape juice. Stir well. Pour into glasses, top with seltzer and present with grapes. Creates 12 cocktails.

3 parts BACARDI Superior or Gold Rum
1 part lime or lemon juice
½ part sugar

In a blender or shaker with ice, combine ingredients. Blend or shake and pour into glass.
LIMONCELLO & CREAM

Combine 1 ½ oz Caravella Limoncello and 3 oz cream in a shaker. Shake well and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon strip.

In a blender of shaker with ice, combine ingredients.  Blend or shake and pour into glass.

Pour 1 oz Caravella Limoncello in a tall glass over ice. Fill with unsweetened iced tea. Add sugar to taste.

LOTUS BLOSSOM

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE La Poire Flavored Vodka
1 part sake
½ part simple syrup or ½ teaspoon sugar
3 lychee nuts (canned or jarred)
1 lime wedge
mint leaves, slices pear or lychee nuts for garnish

Place lychee nuts, sugar and lime wedge in a shaker and muddle gently. Add ice, sake and GREY GOOSE La Poire. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Present with mint leaves, sliced pear or lychee nuts.

1 part BACARDI COCO
2 parts orange juice
2 parts pineapple juice

Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.


MANGO COCKTAIL

Cool and refreshing, this drink is a perfect compliment to a spicy meal.

3/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup cointreau
2 cups mango puree
1/4 cup lime juice
fresh mango wedges, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in large glass pitcher; refrigerate until cold. Serve chilled in cocktail glasses, garnished with fresh mango wedges.

Note: if you can't find mango puree (often sold in aseptic containers) in your local supermarket, try the frozen puree from www.leipcerie.com.

1 oz margarita mix

Blend with crushed ice and pour into margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

4 parts cranberry juice

Pour ingredients over ice in glass.

Garnish with lemon twist.

MONACO

2 parts GREY GOOSE Vodka
1 part premium orange-flavored liqueur
4 dark red grapes
2 lemon wedges
3 tsp sugar

Moisten the outside edge of a martini glass with a lemon wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in 2 teaspoons sugar. Place grapes, lemon wedges and 1 teaspoon sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle the grapes well. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka, premium orange-flavored liqueur and ice. Shake well. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Present with grapes on a garnish pick.

BACARDI LIMON DROP MARTINI

2 parts BACARDI LIMON
generous squeeze of lemon wedge
1 tsp sugar

Using the lemon wedge, wet the rim of a chilled martini glass and dip into sugar. Shake BACARDI LIMON and remaining lemon juice with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

PALM HOUSE MARTINI

½ part Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth

1 ½ parts BACARDI LIMON
12 fresh spearmint leaves

2 Tbsp. simple syrup (or 4 Tbsp sugar)

PEAR-N-BERRY FRAPPE

2 parts GREY GOOSE La Poire Flavored Vodka
3 large blackberries
1 part simple syrup
1 part blackberry brandy
1 part fresh lemon juice

Place blackberries and simple syrup in a shaker and muddle well. Add ice and remaining liquid ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass and present with blackberries on a garnish pick.

7 parts club soda
2 tsp simple syrup (or 4 tsp sugar)

Crush mint leaves and lime in a tall glass. Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice. Add BACARDI Rum and club soda, stir well. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Make a pitcher of BACARDI Mojitos for 6 of your friends by crushing 8 sprigs of fresh spearmint leaves and 3 limes in the bottom of a pitcher. Cover with 12 oz simple syrup or ½ cup sugar and fill with ice. Add 9 oz BACARDI Rum and ½ liter club soda, stir well.

Individual cocktail:
1 part GREY GOOSE La Poire Flavored Vodka
¼ small, ripe pear – peeled, cored and cubed
pinch of sugar
squeeze of fresh lemon juice
4 parts sparkling moscato (or other sweet, sparkling wine)
crystallized ginger or mint sprigs

Place the first four ingredients in a bowl and stir well until sugar is fully dissolved (pear will remain solid.) Pour the pear mixture into a chilled champagne glass and top with sparkling moscato. Present with crystallized ginger or mint sprigs.

1 ounce lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 small, ripe pear – peeled, cored and cubed
1 bottle sparkling moscato (or other sweet, sparkling wine)

1 part crème de cacao

RASPBERRY WISP

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 ½ parts fresh lemon juice
½ part simple syrup or 1 tsp superfine sugar
¾ part premium raspberry liqueur
2 raspberries

Combine first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Present with raspberries on a garnish pick.

Bacardi O Cosmo
4 parts Bacardi® O

2 parts Triple Sec

1 part lime juice

½ part cranberry juice

orange wedge for garnish

 

Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass.

SANGRIA

2 tsp sugar    
1 sliced orange
a shot of brandy    
5-6 oz. rioja wine
splash of lemon-lime club soda

Add sugar, 2 orange slices and a good shot of brandy to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together until the sugar is dissolved. Add ice cubes to the shaker along with the rioja wine. Shake and strain into a martini glass and top with a splash of lemon-lime club soda. Garnish with an orange slice.
BACARDI PARTY PUNCH

750 ml bottle BACARDI Superior or Gold Rum
1 L cranberry juice
2 L chilled ginger ale
8 oz orange juice
1 oz lime juice
1 ½ oz lemon juice
extra citrus fruit for garnish
ice

In large container, combine rum and fruit juices. Chill. Just before serving, pour into large punch bowl. Add ice and gently stir in ginger ale. Garnish by floating orange, lemon and lime slices on top. Makes 16 cups

SPICED ABSOLUT PEARS

1 1/2 parts ABSOLUT PEARS
1/2  part Orange Juice
1/2  part Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Syrup
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Allspice
2 Cloves
1 grind of Black Pepper
2 slices Pear

Add spices and cloves to a shaker and crush together with a bar spoon. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and pear slices and stir together. Add more crushed ice and garnish with pear slices.

BACARDI PEACH RED GEORGIA SQUEEZE SHOT

1 part BACARDI PEACH RED
½ part orange juice
½ part pineapple juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled shot glass.






THE BACK NINE

Individual cocktail:

1 part limoncello
grated lemon zest

In a cocktail shaker or pitcher filled with ice, combine GREY GOOSE Le Citron, sweetened ice tea and limoncello. Stir well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Present with lemon zest and fresh mint leaves.

32 ounces sweetened iced tea

Add Noilly Prat dry vermouth to a cocktail pitcher filled with ice. Stir briskly then strain out vermouth. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka and dash of bitters if desired. Stir briskly and strain into a chilled martini glass. Present with olives or twist.
BACARDI PEACH RED WHITE PEACH COSMO

2 parts BACARDI PEACH RED
1 part triple sec
2 parts white cranberry juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh peach wedge.
THE CLEMENTINE COCKTAIL

1 ½ parts GREY GOOSE L’Orange Flavored Vodka
½ clementine, peeled and sectioned
½ part triple sec
½  tsp sugar

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, place the sugar and Clementine sections and muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE L’Orange, triple sec and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour drink, including ice and clementines, into a rocks glass.

To prepared ingredients for multiple cocktails in advance, peel and section 3 clementines, place in a bowl, add 3 teaspoons sugar and muddle thoroughly. Refrigerate in a sealed container up to eight hours in advance. When guests arrive, mix drinks as needed.






BACARDI RAZZ + SPRITE

1 part BACARDI RAZZ
4 parts SPRITE
Pour over ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
THE SPATINI

2 parts GREY GOOSE Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 part lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
2 sprigs fresh mint
4 slices fresh cucumber, peeled

Place 2 cucumber slices, mint and sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE Le Citron and lemon juice and muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and float cucumber slices on top.

RAZZberry Lemonade
1 ½ oz. BACARDI RAZZ
1 ½ oz. Sprite
1 ½ oz. Sweet-n-Sour mix
Splash Cranberry juice

Pour over ice in a tall glass

WATERMELON MARTINIS

One of the sweetest tastes of summer also makes a refreshing grown-up cocktail!

4 cups of watermelon (with rind and seeds removed)
1 cup lemon vodka
1/2 cup cointreau or triple sec
2 limes, squeezed
1 cup of ice cubes
1 tablespoon of sugar (or sugar substitute)
Garnish: pieces of watermelon, lime, sugar cane

In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks and puree. Remove pureed fruit, pour into a pitcher and keep very cold, even a little frozen to make it icy.

For two generous martinis, add 1 cup of watermelon puree, 1/4 cup of lemon vodka, and 1 tablespoon of cointreau or triple sec to the blender with three ice cubes and blend. Pour into a nice festive glass, garnish with watermelon chunks, limes and a stick of sugar cane.
